The council refuses—until Jayce, enraged by Silco’s attack on a Piltover shipyard, decides to take matters into his own hands. He builds a massive Hextech hammer. He and Vi lead a raid on a Shimmer factory. The raid is a success, but Vi is forced to spare Sevika when Jayce accidentally kills a Zaunite child in the chaos.
