The BVG app crashed immediately after I purchased the ticket. Upon reopening, the ticket was not visible in “My Tickets” despite the payment being deducted from my [bank/PayPal/credit card]. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction.

I attempted to validate the ticket at the validator on the platform/tram, but the machine appeared to be jammed/out of paper/displaying an error code (Error [#]).
