We cut to Zurich . A lavish hotel suite. The Brazilian executive, Roberto Alves (fictional), watches the news coverage of the HDTV scandal. He turns to an assistant: "The public thinks football is collapsing. Good. By next week, I will announce my 'Emergency Reform Committee.' And then..." he pours a glass of whiskey, "... I will be El Presidente."
