A woman offers her a rose. Someone holds the glass of water to her lips. A man gently lifts her arm and lets it fall. Another person drapes her coat over Abramović’s shoulders. No one can face what they have done

A man takes the loaded pistol. He pushes it into her hand and wraps her own fingers around the trigger, pointing it at her own neck. He begins to force her finger to pull the trigger.

A fight breaks out in the audience. One faction tries to stop the man with the gun. Another faction says: “She signed the paper. It’s art.”

Someone sticks thorns from the rose stem into her stomach. Another person uses the scalpel to cut the skin of her neck and arms. They drink the blood.
