This study aims to analyze the psychological test questions for Polri (Indonesian National Police) in PDF format. The study examines the readiness of prospective Polri members to face the psychological test and provides recommendations for improving the test. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a content analysis technique. The results show that the psychological test questions for Polri in PDF format cover various aspects, including personality, intelligence, and mental health. However, the test questions are limited and do not cover all aspects of psychological assessment. The study concludes that the psychological test for Polri needs to be improved and expanded to assess a wider range of psychological aspects.
