Type 3 Lad -

A classification of coronary circulation where the Posterior Descending Artery (PDA) is supplied by both the Right Coronary Artery (RCA) and the Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery, or where the LAD wraps around the apex to supply a significant portion of the inferior wall.
