Windows 11 Install Without Internet -

This is by design. Microsoft wants you online. But there are two reliable ways to bypass this. This method works for both Windows 11 Home and Pro (22H2, 23H2, and 24H2).

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter : windows 11 install without internet

On the next screen, click "Continue with limited setup" . This is by design

Just remember to to download security patches and drivers. Use the OOBE\BYPASSNRO command—it’s the official, Microsoft-approved loophole that shows the company respects power users (at least a little). Have you tried this on Windows 11 24H2?
